Why Join
Wise
Women's Club?

Our Mission

Through candid conversations, free webinars, and in-person networking, Wise Women’s Club helps women build confidence, navigate bias, and gain the strategic insight often missing from traditional career advice.

Wise Women's Club was started to create the kind of space I wish I’d had earlier in my career — a place where professional women can learn the unwritten rules of corporate life, share real stories, and support each other’s growth.

About Renee

When I was 16 years old, Mary Lou Aderman, a small business owner, hired me from my high school’s co-op program as a secretary.  I worked for Mary Lou through college and beyond, soaking up everything she exposed me to. I completely computerized the operations, all before I was old enough to drink.

I had small aspirations until I met Lou. She poured confidence in me, putting me on a path I couldn’t possibly have imagined. I owe her a debt of gratitude that can never be paid. Now, I want to return the favor.

That debt doesn’t get repaid—it gets reinvested. Wise Women’s Club is my way of paying forward what Lou gave me: real opportunity, straight talk, and the kind of support that changes your trajectory. If you’ve ever wished you had a “Lou” in your corner—or you’re ready to be that person for someone else—this is your place.

I love helping women achieve their professional goals by sharing everything I’ve learned because wise women win together!

About Caroline

In middle school, I first felt called to help someone beyond my immediate world. I read a magazine article about someone who was struggling, tracked down the reporter, and organized a small fundraiser with my classmates. That experience showed me the power of a community truly seeing and showing up for someone.

Years later, I joined a highly respected trading firm and found myself both grateful and a little in over my head. My mentors believed in me, gave me challenges I wasn’t sure I was ready for, and reshaped how I saw myself and my career. I was heard and seen.

A few of us created the firm’s first mentoring circle, which gives women a safe and supportive space for honest connection and support.

It's an honor to partner with Renee to create a community where you will be heard, seen, and supported as you reach for what’s next. At Wise, you don’t have to do that alone—you’re in a community that wants you to thrive, and we’re here to walk beside you while you do.

Hear From Some Wise Women

“I thought I knew how to be more strategic—until Wise Women taught me what not to do (like becoming the unofficial A/V support). Priceless advice.”
